The reset in the human being is done with fasting for different hours, supplements and eliminating alcohol, fats and cigarettes.

Within the different fasts and depending on the hours of fasting, the reset begins by mobilizing fats, eliminating toxins, activating generic and epigenetic mechanisms.

With the decrease in insulin in the first hours of fasting, increase in testosterone, increase in growth hormone, increase in lipolysis, the following increase in autophagy from 16 hs, and from 22hs increase in production of stem cells.
